2006/… Transitional justice The Human Rights Council decides to commend the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights for its efforts in developing the issue of transitional justice and human rights, inter alia by expanding the presence of the Office in peacebuilding operations, and to encourage the Office to continue to strengthen its important analytical and practical work regarding this complex issue.
