Emphasizes the essential role of civil society in subregional, regional and international organizations, including in support of the organizations’ work, and in sharing experience and expertise through participation in meetings, in accordance with relevant rules and modalities for participation in meetings and activities of all the above-mentioned organizations, including Economic and Social Council resolution 1996/31 of 25 July 1996 and other decisions relevant to the United Nations,
