20. Requests the High Commissioner to organize regional consultations on the management of assemblies, with the participation of States, relevant United Nations entities and agencies, including the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime, practitioners, relevant special procedures mandate holders and other stakeholders, and to present the outcomes of such regional consultations to the Human Rights Council for its consideration at its thirty-first session;
