Paragraph 19 should read
19. Decides to organize at its twenty-ninth session a panel discussion on the issue
of sanctions and human rights, with the participation of Member States, relevant United
Nations bodies, agencies and other relevant stakeholders, and also requests the Office of the
High Commissioner to prepare and submit a report on the panel discussion to the Human
Rights Council;
