7. Recognizing the importance of the independent voice of individuals, groups

and organs of society engaged in the promotion and protection of human rights and other

civil society actors, as well as of partnerships between States and civil society in promoting,

protecting and realizing all human rights, including economic, social and cultural rights,

and the right to development, as well as in the context of the implementation of the 2030

Agenda for Sustainable Development;
