Paragraph 18 should read

18. Recognizes that civil society organizations, including independent women’s

organizations and those engaged in promotion and protection of human rights, do important

work in promoting full equality in all aspects of life, including women’s health, in

cooperation with Governments, and that they therefore require support for their

sustainability, safety and growth;
