Replace paragraphs 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 with a new paragraph reading

Requests the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights to present a

report to the to the Human Rights Council, at its thirty-fifth session, on the protection of all

individuals against violence and discrimination committed because of their race, colour,

sex, language, religion, political or other opinion, national or social origin, property, birth

or other status with a focus on major challenges and best practices in this regard;
