The ninth preambular paragraph should read
Stressing that respect and support for the activities of those engaged in the
promotion and protection of universally recognized human rights and fundamental
freedoms, including of the rights of women, are essential to the overall enjoyment of human
rights,
* State not a member of the Human Rights Council.
