After paragraph 7, insert a new paragraph reading
7bis. Reaffirms General Assembly resolutions 42/159 of 7 December 1987, 44/29
of 4 December 1989 and 46/51 of 9 December 1991, and to that end stresses that national
liberation movements engaged in legitimate struggles for self-determination and statehood
should not be associated with terrorism;
