The tenth preambular paragraph should read
Reiterating that the General Assembly, in its resolution 60/251, stipulates that the
members of the Human Rights Council should fully cooperate with the Council and be
reviewed under the universal periodic review mechanism during their term of membership,
* State not a member of the Human Rights Council.
