After paragraph 32, insert a new paragraph reading
32 bis. Expresses its particular concern at the use, making and stockpiling of
chemical weapons by terrorist groups, and calls for an investigation into all relevant
allegations, including by identifying the sources and supply routes of precursor materials;
* State not a member of the Human Rights Council.
