1. Delete operative paragraph 2 (c)
2. Insert a new operative paragraph after paragraph 2 (e) to read as follows: “Multiple and aggravated forms of discrimination;”
3. In operative paragraph 2 (g) delete: “cultural diversity and”;
4. In operative paragraph 2 (h) delete: “and religious”
5. Delete operative paragraph 2 (i)
6. In operative paragraph 2 (l) delete: “and religious”
