Decision 2/110. Integrity of the judicial system

The Human Rights Council, recalling Commission on Human Rights resolution 2005/30 of 19 April 2005, decides to request the Special Rapporteur on the independence of judges and lawyers to take full account of the aforementioned resolution and the relevant resolutions and decisions on the issue of administration of justice through military tribunals of the Sub-Commission on the Promotion and Protection of Human Rights in the discharge of his mandate and in his report to the Council at its fourth session (March/April 2007).
